I am currently a Bioinformatics Consultant contracting through C.M. Cherry Consulting.
Prior to that, I worked at mid-sized Boston startup as a Bioinformatics Data Scientist where I analyzed genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data in support of early Biomarker Discovery of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I received my Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Genomics from the University of Maryland where I characterized health relevant functions of the human gut microbiome.
